What does your simple life look like?
In the latest episodes of the Midway Decluttering Show, my guests stressed on the point that you are not obliged to follow anyone else’s view of simplicity. There is no standard or specific model for a simple life.
The premise of simple living is to eliminate the unnecessary and keep only what you need, use or enjoy having.
Don’t put pressure on yourself to follow someone else’s model of simplicity. For example, a tiny house may work for someone, but it doesn’t mean that it has to work for you too.
That’s why I invite you today to create your own simple living vision board.
What is a vision board?
A vision board is a collage of images, pictures and affirmations of your dreams and desires.
In order to create your simple living vision board, you need to envision how your simple life should look like, then collect images that reflect your own personal desires.
You can post these pictures on a board at home or a board at the web (e.g. Pinterest)
Personally, I’ve decided to use Facebook to post my collage of images and affirmations that reflect the ideal simple life I dream of.
The page wasn’t active on the past. I was just updating it every time I posted something on the blog. But starting today, it will contain exclusive content that is not available on the blog. The first type of exclusive content will be my Simple Living Vision Board. I plan to post something daily.
What about you?
Please share your vision board link in the comments below, so that we can check it out and get inspired.
