First of all, I would like to thank everyone who voted for the best ebook cover. Based on your comments, I believe Option #2 is the winner!

I’m so excited about the ebook launch on Monday, Dec 3, 2012.

There is one final decision I still have to make. But, I don’t want to make it alone. I believe you’re an integral part of this awesome project. So, I want to hear your opinion again.

It is about the ebook price.

Yes, I want to ask you how much you are willing to invest in it!

The package will include:

  1. 79-page ebook jam-packed with simple living tips from the world’s best simplicity bloggers and authors (PDF).
  2. All 16 audio recordings of the interviews available for immediate download (MP3) .
  3. All 16 video recordings of the interviews available for immediate download (MOV).

Which range do you think is fair enough … ?

  • $1 – $10
  • $10 – $20
  • $20 – $30
  • $30 – $40

Can’t wait to hear your opinion in the comments below.

$10-$20. Of course people will want it cheaper, but you have to be fair to yourself. Too cheap might imply low quality.

Honestly, for ebooks I refuse to pay more than $10. And yours is a short book (but jam packed with goodness!)

Thanks Gloria. I’m glad you believe that it is jam-packed with goodness.

    $10 – $20 would be fair

Simple should not equal cheap. This is powerful stuff.

If it was just the pdf version of the book then $10 would make sense. However, you are including all the interviews with lots of great stuff. I think the $30-$40 dollar range is a super value for the information you are sharing.

    Have a delightful day!

    hi Tohami
Congrats and best of luck on the ebook launch. The 10 to 20 range is fair enough.

    $10-$20 for all that.

  10. Colleen November 30, 2012 at 12:49 am #

I would like to think you could ask $10-$20. However if all the interviews are still available on your blog then you may have a hard time convincing people they need to pay out more for that. So perhaps $10 is all that people might be willing to pay.

Either way I would like to say well done to you for putting it all together. You certainly have some great interviews there.

I’d agree with what Colleen said. If the bulk of the material is still available in the archives…then it’s hard to justify paying for it.
I’m not one to spend more than $10 for an ebook. It has nothing to do with how big or small the ebook may be as far as content is concerned, it’s just that I’ve reconciled my monetary cap on certain items & have to hold myself accountable for those decisions.

I would go with whatever comparable e-books on the subject matter command.

I think $10 is what market will bear, despite the fact that it’s worth more!
