    I have always said that if everyone made “quality over quantity” purchases, the simplification process pretty much takes care of itself. Years ago, Martha Stewart in speaking about clothes closets said something to the effect of “I would rather have a few well made items than a closet filled with lesser pieces.”

    And, I have to agree that olive oil, garlic, salt and ONIONS can transform any dish. My father was from Greece and I grew up eating a very mediterranean diet.

      That’s true. Sometimes people think that frugality means cheap! And yes, I love this Italian trio so much. For me, a mix of olive oil and garlic makes anything TASTY!!

    I loved this video because it gave some really useful tips! And it’s not about the quantity of some items but the quality! I love all these tips to make life easier
